Our storybook romance began romance the day we first laid on eyes on each other. Some say there's no such thing as love at first sight. I'm here to testify it's real, and it can happen. The moment I our eyes locked I had that fire inside me, for real. My first thought was, "Damn, he's the most handsome man I've ever seen." I have to say I still feel that same sentiment...I was a PYT (pretty young thang), as I had just recently graduated from high school.
Not only did his looks blow me away, but he swept me off my feet with his debonair presence, bass toned voice and southern country accent. He tipped his fedora, and greeted me, "How ya doin'?" A real live, well dressed, old school gentleman. I was overwhelmed with intrigue.
We "talked" for months before he ever visited me. Phone conversations lasted so long that we'd still be talking watching the sunrise, or falling asleep on the phone. After the third house visit the smoldering flame accelerated into 3 alarm fire, and ignited. We fucked for hours into the night that he missed his own birthday party with his boys. That night marked the beginning of a beautiful, passionate, and sultry sex connection.
Which is why we were inspired and decided to start this blog. Literally, all of our coupled friends that we've had throughout our marriage are now divorced/separated, remarried, or living single. We're the only pair we know that are still together, and still truly in love with each other. Love at first sight happened to be the first key to what we have come to believe are one of the five keys to marriage; lust. The actual feeling of Eros or Cupid's arrow piercing the heart is the physical attraction between two people.
